The Challenge

Whilst there was indoor space at the house, it wasn’t sufficient for all the guests to be seated for dining. The only outdoor space large enough was the swimming pool and surrounding area. A problem for Hirepool Party? – No.

The Solution

We had previously devised a system where we could install marquees over swimming pools up to 6 meters in width. This involves a three step process.

First step was to lay I-beams across the width of the pool see pic attached.
Next we needed to screw down our sheets of varnished ply flooring to lock everything into place.
Once this had been completed all that was left was to erect the marquee on top of the floor, dress it up with our lights and silk liners and the dining marquee was ready to go.

Our customer said the marquee was everything they hoped it would be and their day was something they will always remember.
